Miguel González, Carrefour’s Global CTO, presents our move2cloud program with Google.

Carrefour is massively leveraring GCP (Google Cloud Platform) public cloud services to achieve multiple business benefits, including:

  • an acceleration of the delivery of new capabilities to its customers,
  • the ability to respond to traffic peaks,
  • the access to innovative capabilities,
  • significant financial efficiency.

The shift of Carrefour to the cloud is happening very fast, with 25% of the company applications moved to the cloud at the end 2020.
