Guillaume started his career as a floor manager at Carrefour Anglet (France) in 1992 and held various operational roles in hypermarkets, supermarkets, Merchandise and Supply Chain, in France, Poland, Turkey and Taiwan. From 2009, he became CEO of various Carrefour countries : Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey and Poland. In 2017 he was appointed as CEO of Northern and Eastern Europe and exCom member of the Group.

Since January 2020, Guillaume has been Merchandise Group Executive Director.
